    1. Appointments

    – All services are available by appointment only. Please arrive on time to avoid delays for other clients.

    2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • – If you are unable to attend your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled or canceled.
  • 3. Payment for Services

  • – Payment is required on the day of the appointment. We accept cash and cards.
  • 4. Hygiene and Safety

  • – We strictly follow sanitary standards, use disposable materials, and ensure proper sterilization of instruments.
  • 5. Contraindications

  • – If you have serious medical conditions (such as diabetes, infections, or skin diseases), please inform us before the procedure.
  • 6. Video Surveillance and Photo Documentation

  • – The facility is equipped with video surveillance, and photo documentation of specialists’ work is conducted to ensure quality control and track progress.
  • 7. No Pets Allowed

  • – To maintain hygiene and comfort, pets are not allowed in the treatment rooms.
  • 8. No Eating in Service Areas

  • – For hygiene and comfort, consuming food in treatment areas and consultation rooms is strictly prohibited.
